Annual Billing

Annual billing allows you to pay for your plan on a yearly basis with a discount compared to monthly billing. You can upgrade to annual billing at any time and you will be charged on the 1st day of the next month when your new annual billing term begins. You can choose to renew your annual billing term at the end of each term year, change between 1-year and 2-year terms, or switch back to monthly billing. You can make all changes through your account settings or by contacting our support team. 1-Year Term Discount

A 1-year term is discounted by 17% and you get 2 months free.

2-Year Term Discount

A 2-year term is discounted by 50% and you get 12 months free. This provides a B.O.G.O. (Buy One, Get One) equivalent benefit, and has significant savings for long-term commitments and exceeds the discount percentage requirements that procurement teams typically expect. We recommend considering a 2-year term if you plan to use our services long-term, as it maximizes your savings and provides predictable annual costs.

Payment Methods

See payment methods for Evaluator and Essentials plans. Enterprise annual payments are only accepted from US bank accounts using ACH, domestic wire transfer, or paper check. We also support AWS private offers to invoice against your cloud commitments or consolidated billing. Please ask your sales team for details.

Initial Terms

Upon initial contract signing, you will receive an invoice that is Due Upon Receipt with ACH or wire transfer instructions. Your workspace will be activated upon signing. If payment is not received within 15 days, your workspace will be suspended until payment clears.

Renewal Terms

We will send your annual renewal invoice 60 days in advance of your term end date with NET 45 terms for you to submit to your procurement team for budget approval and/or accounts payable team for payment. This includes a 15 day grace period before the end of your annual term to allow for delayed payments. Renewal invoices are emailed to all of the organization global admins and billing contact email addresses on file. The Provisionr team cannot upload invoices to your company procurement portal on your behalf. You turn off renewal on the billing account page and your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing term.

Late Annual Payments

If we do not receive your payment by your term end date, we will disable syncing on all workspaces in the organization associated with the billing account that is in arrears. After the 6th day of the new term, we will deprovision all workspaces in the organization linked to the billing account. See Non-Payment Cancellations for more details.

Budget Approval Extension

You can temporarily (or permanently) downgrade to monthly billing if you need more time for budget approval or payment processing. This allows you to pay $3,000/mo (Managed) or $4,000/mo (Self Hosted) using a payment card or other supported Stripe payment method. Your workspace will remain on monthly billing until your annual payment is received and clears.
